Family Support and Well-being
Hello my name is Rachel O'Driscoll and I am the Family Support and Well-being Officer (FLO) at Lynsted & Norton Primary School. My role as FLO is to provide support to parents/carers who are experiencing any difficulties (big or small) with their children, both at school and at home. The health and well-being of all the children at Lynsted & Norton Primary School is a priority and we would like to support our children and families in the best way possible.

My name is Vicky Smith and I am the interventions officer and Well-being Lead at Lynsted and Norton Primary School.
My role as interventions officer is to provide your child with additional support to help them fulfil their potential and lead them become the best they can be. My role as well-Being Lead is to be accessible to your child throughout the day for any emotional, literacy support and guidance they may need, I work across the whole school and my classroom door is always open. I run a lunch time club on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, I take Friendship groups, I also run Lego therapy sessions as well.
